Return Process

  Contact our support team via the official portal with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive an RMA authorization.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, mounting hardware, and manuals to ensure a full refund eligibility.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
